No Games on Feb 16th (Family Day) and on April 6th (Easter)

Holy Cross: First games (6 PM) will require net setup and both teams are expected to help. Teams scheduled for any last games (Main Gym HC1 and HC2 at 7 PM and Small Gym HC3 at 9 PM, typically) will require to take nets down and teams are expected to help. Thank You.

Queen's Games: Games at Queen's require no set-up/take down. However, it is crucial to start/end on time. 

Please no outdor shoes in the gyms.

 

Winter 2026 League Details 

  • Game Slots are scheduled for 50min ( to allow set-up + transition)
  • League is Split into 4 Divisions ( of 6-5-5-5 Teams).   Teams starting in divisions based on previous success/request as closely as possible.
  • Teams will play single round robin match within Division prior to Movement.  ROUND 1: 3 sets to 21 CAP 25. Each Round, 2 Teams will move Up and 2 Teams Down Divisions.
  • League will feature 3 Rounds with movement between each round - so lots of opportunity to move up/down division based on WIN/LOSS records.   Essentially Round 1: January Round 2 February Round 3 March. 
  • Playoffs will be split into DIV 1+2 (A Playoffs) and Division 3+4 (B Playoffs) based on Round 3 standings
  • We have added some additional space on January 5th and January 26th because of lost gym space.   League officially starts January 12th, but some teams will play January 5th.    We lose HC bc of Exams on January 26th, and have added late evening games that evening - it is not ideal, but we did this rather than losing matches - so some teams ( mostly those who play most of their matches at 6pm/7pm, will have a late night match on January 26th.  (10pm/1030pm Game Start)
  • No Games are played Feb 16 ( Family Day) or April 6th (Easter)
  • Most Games will be schduled at the following times/locations for each divivions (MOST)
    • Tier 1:   Queen's Ross 730pm-930pm
    • Tier 2:   Queen's Ross 730pm-930pm + HC 8pm-9pm
    • Tier 3:   Holy Cross. 6pm-8pm
    • Tier 4:   Holy Cross 6pm-8pm 

 

PLAYOFFS: 

Tier 1 and 2 (A Playoffs), Tier 3 and 4 ( B Playoffs).    Prelim and QuarterFinals - Best of 3 to 25 ( Cap 27) -1 Hr Slots.   Semi-Finals and Finals, BEst of 5 to 21, cap 25, 2hr slots.

WINTER 2026 MON WOMENS LEAGUE

Sign-Up for Monday Night Women's League played at Holy Cross and Queen's with Game starts between 6pm-930pm. Teams will be split into tiers.
League starts on Monday January 12th and will be played until mid April. Teams will play 1 or 2 matches weekly. Some teams will start league play Monday January 5th
